1. Unplug and defrost your microfridge. Make sure the unit is unplugged and defrosted, and that any other devices you might have plugged into the microwave jacks are also unplugged and removed. If the unit is found plugged in or has not been defrosted by the time it is picked up, a $20 fee will be applied to your original method of purchase.

2. Clean out your microfridge. Please take great care to remove all food, beverages, medicine, etc., and wipe down the inside and outside of the unit with disinfectant. If the unit is found to be dirty, a fee of $50 will be applied to your original method of purchase.
